Welcome to the Myth Pledge Manager
Thank you for backing Myth! This is a beta version of our pledge manager so you may occasionally experience some bugs. As we find them and fix them, we'll post them here on the homepage. If you encounter a bug or have a question on how to use the pledge manager, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bug 1: Kickstarter Pledge Not Applied for Some Users
For some users, their Kickstarter pledge is not applied after they update their address.
Temporary Workaround: Add an optional purchase to your cart to force the Kickstarter pledge to be added. If you do not wish to purchase the optional purchase, you can then remove it from your cart.
Bug 2: Line items for pledges not being shown in cart
When you are checking out, the individual items included in your base pledge level and additional pledge levels should display. They are currently not showing.
Temporary Workaround: No temporary workaround is available at this time. We're working on a fix that we anticipate to roll out the week of May 10th and appreciate your patience! We assure you that your order will contain every item that you pledged to receive.
Bug 3: Old Password Required
The system was asking some users to enter their old password before they were allowed to set a new password.
Bug 4: Intermittent PayPal issues
Some users have experienced an issue making payments through PayPal where they receive an error on the PayPal site. If you experience this issue, please email email@example.com so we can help you troubleshoot.
Temporary Workaround: If you are able to use a credit card, you are welcome to do so. Otherwise we expect that any issues with PayPal will only be temporary.
